Shipping & Returns Policy

📦 Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders (funny trade tees, hoodies, and other stock apparel) are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom workwear orders (Carhartt, Dickies, etc. with embroidery/printing) may take 10–14 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and order size. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your gear.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. (If you’d like us to consider international, send us a note — we’ll see what we can do!)

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Because we specialize in custom and made-to-order apparel, returns are a little different than your average big-box store:
  • Custom Orders: Any item customized with logos, names, or designs is final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or there was an error on our end.
  • Non-Custom Apparel (Funny Tees, Hoodies, etc.): You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Defects or Wrong Item: If we messed up (wrong size sent, design error, or defective product), we’ll fix it ASAP at no extra cost to you. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • How to Start a Return: Use the contact us form on the site with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps.

🚫 No Surprises Policy

We’re a family-owned shop, not a faceless mega-corp. If something goes wrong with your order, reach out — we’ll work with you to make it right.
